BetaPipol Cameroonian Researcher; Agnès Antoinette NTOUMBA, receives the prestigious L'OREAL-UNESCO Award, for her remarkable contribution in the fight against malaria.
She has invented the first 100% organic pesticide to fight against the mosquitos responsible for causing malaria.
The invention is the fruit of research that Antoinette has been working on for 4years, in a small lab in the University of Douala.
She is the first Cameroonian to receive the Award.
She is 40 years old, a wife and mother of two daughters.
