The Pope Prays For Cameroon's National Dialogue!

On Sundays at noon, the Pope usually offers a special prayer known as The Angelus Prayers. He prays from a window towards the Catholic population that gathers at St Peters Square to see and listen to him, at the Vatican.

After The Angelus Prayer yesterday, while addressing those present at St Peter's Square, he mentioned Cameroon's National Dialogue which starts today Monday September 30th.

He appealed for peaceful political solutions for Cameroon. He expressed his closeness to the people of Cameroon and asked the faithful to pray for the upcoming national dialogue for lasting solutions for peace.

The Pope expressed his closeness to “the sufferings and the hopes of the beloved Cameroonian people,” and invited everyone "to pray so that this dialogue might be fruitful and lead to peaceful, just and lasting solutions, to everyone’s benefit”.
