    Marius Mouandilmadji joins FC Porto from Cotonsport

    Portugal first division club FC Porto have completed the signing of former Cotonsport striker and Chad international Marius Mouandilmadji, the club announced on Twitter.
    Marius, 21, agreed a 4 year deal to join the current Portuguese champions on Tuesday for an undisclosed fee, mysoccer24 reports.

    The former Gazelle of Djamena striker and Chad footballer of the year 2017 leaves Cotonsport of Garoua after only a season at the club where he emerged joined top scorer of the MTN elite one championship alongside Junior Rostand Mbai both on 18 goals. 

    Marius introduced himself in grand style this season to followers of the Cameroon professional football league, scoring for Cotonsport on his debut against Fovu of Baham in a 2-2 draw in the opening day of play in the championship.

    He will partner with former Cotonsport striker and Cameroon international, Vincent Aboubakar at the Estadio de Dragao next season.

    Marius made 24 appearances for Cotonsport last season scoring a hat trick twice against Stade Renard and Bamboutos.
