A ceremony was organized on the eve of the national meeting of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) by the party in power CPDM.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi the head of the departmental delegation of the Central Committee of the ruling party(CPDM).

During this ceremony, which took place at the CPDM party house in Mbouda, West Region, there was the welcoming "people who presented themselves as former members of the Ni John Fru Ndi party ".

As usual, the new activists received the loincloths of the ruling party. And they also received the texts of their new political formation.

During the ceremony, their spokesman said

"we have long suffered in the ranks of the SDF as observers. Not involved in any development activity, we found that our friends across the way are evolving, and we are staying there. This led us to wake up and understand that our future is infront of us"

Speaking, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi, the CPDM departmental head, said

"in view of the values that the CPDM holds, it was important to hold a meaningful ceremony to welcome our brothers and sisters who finally understood where their future lies. With Paul Biya the promises are held in the CPDM. There is no point in staying in a party where you work for the sole interests of your leader. You feed him, he becomes fat and you stay puny. Thank you for this mark of confidence."
