Ama Tutu Muna takes her brothers; Bernard Muna & Akere Muna, to court for forgery and misappropriation of their father; Late ST Muna's property!

The former Minister of Arts and Culture; Ama Tutu Muna, accuses her older brothers of forgery and use of forgery and declares that she has never witnessed a judgment of heredity.

The battle for the property of the late Solomon Tandeng Muna seems to be launched among the offspring of the former Southern Cameroon prime minister who died in 2002.

There is a judgment of heredity that makes Akeré Muna(presidential candidate) the administrator of the property of late Salomon Tandeng Muna, one that Ama Tutu Muna is opposing.

She is accusing her older brothers; Bernard Muna and Akere Muna of fakeness, forgery and misappropriation of their late father's succession.

The trial began this Monday, March 26th in Yaoundé.

Ama Tutu Muna's lawyer told the press that his client; had never been to any hereditary judgement.

In her plea, she demands that the defense(her brothers) should begin by justifying the origin of the hereditary document they have presented.

"The heredity judgment has already taken place, I believe, more than ten years ago. It happened in a court hearing in Douala to which my sister took part"- says Bernard Muna, relying on the signature of his younger sister Ama Muna who was apparently present on the day of the famous meeting.

"We kept everything that our father left us in one entity. Our intention was to have all this property go into the Tandeng Muna Foundation, but our sister thinks we should divide this property. That's why she wants us to revise the judgment of heredity to distribute the property between us"- regrets Bernard Muna in an interview

Barely open, the hearing last Monday was postponed to April 23.
