Agbor Balla and co trial adjourn again to 24th May 2017


The joint case pitting the state of Cameroon against the outlawed consortium leaders has been adjourn to may 24th 2017.

Barrister Agbor Balla Felix, Dr. Fontem Neba, radio broadcaster Mancho Bibixy and at least 25 other youths incarcerated in the nation’s capital for over three months, answered present before the Yaoundé Military Tribunal on Thursday 27 April 2017.
Their trial was again short-lived and adjourn for at least the 3rd time, since their detention. The court's adjournment means that a decision will not be reached until May.

They are being charge with Terrorism, Rebellion against the state, Inciting civil unrest and Breach of the constitution.
