    Valentines Day banned in Pakistan!

A Parkistani court has ruled against celebrating valentines day in public.
The Islamabad high court has also banned the media from publicizing anything related to valentines day.
According to reports, this is because valentines day draws mixed responses from people, with some voicing objections and others citing religious teachings.

The Parkistani President; Mamnoon Hussain, had urged people not to observe Valentine’s Day because it was not a Muslim, but a Western tradition. “Valentine’s Day has no connection with our culture and it should be avoided,’’- He said.
