    19 year old University of Buea student sentenced to 6 months in prison, without trial!


    We earlier reported that 19 years old 2nd year political science student of the University of Buea; Tite NKWENKAM MOMEKAM, was arrested this January by the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) for handing out a flyer supporting the struggle for a solution to The Anglophone problem to a civilian policeman.
    He was taken to SED in Yaounde and is being charged with terrorism.

    Now the boy has been sentenced to 6 months in prison without trial, while he prosecutor is preparing evidence for the terrorism charge he is accused of.
    Let it be known that the normal legal procedure is that an individual gets sentenced after/during trial.
