    The Catholic Church in Cameroon wants to launch a mutual health care for Cameroonians called St Raphael. 
    Each family in the Catholic church will contribute 10,000frs. 
    The 10,000frs will subject the members of the family under the St Raphael mutual health care for 1 year. 
    However the issue is still being debated upon, so details like the number of members of the family covered by the 10,000frs are not yet certain.
