Consortium meets with key Southern Cameroon leaders in the USA to strategize. See resolutions of the meeting!

Cameroon news, southern cameroon, west cameroon, bamenda strike, buea strike,

Tapang Ivo on behalf of the Consortium met with Dr. Ebenezar Akwanga, Barr. Harmony Bobga, Elvis Kometa and Edwin Ngang in Phoenix; Arizona; USA, for a series of strategic sessions concerning solutions to the anglophone problem in Cameroon, and this is what happened as reported by Tapang Ivo:

"Consortium's first closed-door strategic negotiation meeting with some of the key Southern Cameroon leaders in the USA was a huge success. Not only did we agree to work as brothers and sisters who share a common problem, but we did find a common ground to stand on as we roll out the same strategies that work for those who stand for a two-state federal system of government with equal status and the majority who seek the complete restoration of statehood.
The Phoenix, Arizona meeting is only the first in a series of meetings that the Consortium would be holding this month. After the closed-door meeting, we held a public meeting with West Cameroonians living in Arizona.
The Consortium has an open-door policy as long as we all are West Cameroonians. There is every reason to open up to the Consortium and all other influential partners who have been working for freedom at any level for West Cameroonians.
No one should be indifferent to injustice. And just like Dr. Ebenezar Akwanga said: "we must all take this fight a personal fight."
The Consortium continues to advocate for the non-use of violence while opening up all possible avenues to enforce civil disobedience, boycotts and other methods that will cripple the regime and force it to inclusively dialogue with ALL relevant stakeholders on a round-table.
